Lume Cube struggled to find the time to dedicate resources to ensuring their Amazon customer experience was consistent with the site - leading to sub par conversion rates. They also weren't sure how to scale non-branded spend due to most of their budget being dedicated to brand protection. They needed help developing a scalable media plan built to drive scalability without losing efficiency.

We tackled product titles and bullet points first, A+ content second, and then did a complete rebuild of the brand store from the ground up. Within 60 days we had the entire catalog (25 listings) with brand new content with a fresh new look, SEO headlines, backend keywords, and a shiny new brand store. On the marketing side, we did a complete rebuild of campaign structure. We secured new benchmarks to solidify KPIs for non-brand efficiency, and total efficiency on the account. The campaign structure was implemented quickly, and saw success within the first 10 days.
